-Added Counter to portal and home page

-Changed Announcements to Scroll Down

- Added a Idleplay forum for Idlenight Members to post a constant cache of funny/interesting things for our eventual Entertainment page.
- Added Idlenight Updates and Idlenight News blogs to replace the posts made for them for ease of access.
- Add poll to ask if we should keep the new Update format and set it as the primary poll on the portal
- Added a Casual Talk section to the General Category.

-Removed General Discussion Section and moved all sub sections into General
-Fleshed out the Gaming Category under General. Added Gaming Discussion, moving game related topics into this area
-Added a News and politics section under General.
-Added a TV Shows and Movies section under General.

- Added Rules and F.A.Q.
- Added General Category, merged Service Shops, General Discussion, and Resources, and the Gaming Category into this Category.
- Added Roleplaying Section under Forum Games and Service Shops under Off-Topic
- Updated Forums to show Sub Forums
